What happens if an item is out of stock?

We will contact you within 48 hours to notify you if any part of your order is out of stock and suggest alternative products.

Do you carry stock?

We carry limited stocks most items are ordered direct with the suppliers on receipt of your order.

What is your returns policy?

If you need to return an item for anything other than a manufacturing fault (e.g you have ordered the wrong size) please return it in its original condition with packaging and tags as sold - within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Delivery costs are not refunded. A re-delivery cost will be applied if items are exchanged. Authorisation must be obtained BEFORE goods are returned this can be done by logging into your account or emailing sales@teamsportdirect.co.uk Goods are returned at your own cost and risk.

I am missing item(s) from my delivery?

In the rare occurrence of such, miss picking items can happen. If you think that this has happened to you, please notify us within 48 hours. Shortages notified after this time will not be accepted.

If your box has been damaged through transport, again please let us know in the same time frame. Call 01604 754800 or Email sales@teamsportdirect.co.uk.

If the a parcel should go missing through the couriers, we will investigate for you, and offer the best solution suitable. (Either redelivery of the goods or a store credit).

Do I get any more discount for buying in bulk?

All the prices shown on our site are very competitive and include the maximum discount we can offer.

Can I get a quote?

The easiest way to obtain a quote is by clicking the ‘Add to Cart’ button on a product page. Once you have added all the items you need click ‘View Cart’ at the top of the page for a total cost. If you require a formal quote please email sales@teamsportdirect.co.uk and we will send you a document.

Can you send me a catalogue?

Yes but due to the amount of catalogues we are asked to send out we do charge £1 each to cover the postage cost. You can order your catalogues by clicking the catalogue tab on the home page.

I need a vat invoice for my sponsor

We can send you a paid vat invoice, request this by emailing sales@teamsportdirect.co.uk with your order number

Can I pay by cheque?

Yes. Please send your cheque along with your order to:

Do you do your printing and embroidery in-house?

Yes it is all done on site this allows us to get your order to you quicker and helps us maintain a high standard of work.

How do I send you my artwork for my printing/embroidery?

Email your artwork to sales@teamsportdirect.co.uk. A high resolution or an eps file are our preferred file formats.

Can I see a sample of the printing/embroidery before it’s done?

We can email you a picture or post a sample of any artwork for your approval.

Are you an official supplier for Nike, Adidas, Puma, Umbro and Prostar?

Yes we only deal directly with the manufacturers.
