Delivery & Returns

COVID-19 Update: Please be aware that we are still experiencing delays from some suppliers which could impact orders and deliveries. 

We charge a flat rate of £6.95 for UK Mainland delivery. International delivery charges will vary. The price quoted in checkout for international orders is based on 1 box (additional charges will occur if multiple boxes). Delivery times quoted are for the UK mainland, for outside of this area the delivery time will be longer.

Return address

Faulty items can be returned for a replacement or refund subject to inspection.

If you need to return an item for anything other than a manufacturing fault (e.g you have ordered the wrong size) please return it in its original condition with packaging and tags as sold - within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Delivery costs are not refunded. A re-delivery cost will be applied if items are exchanged.

Authorisation must be obtained BEFORE goods are returned this can be done by logging into your account or emailing sales@teamsportdirect.co.uk

Goods are returned at your own cost and risk.

Personalised items with any print or embroidery including club shop items cannot be returned.
